This week, we will be presenting our Sketchup Cell project to the class.
Your scenes (Instructions on Slide16 & Slide 17 in Teams > Classwork > Files > 3 Sketchup Cell) must contain views that show the various tools you used to create your cell, as well as contain your script in the "Description" box in each scene.
You will be recording a verbal/screen shot presentation using PowerPoints Screen Record function. The focus of your presentation is how you made your cell in Sketchup, focusing on the tools and how they work.
As a policy reminder: You may turn in late work for credit within the same quarter. However, if you turn it in after the grade is entered in ATLAS, you MUST also email me the assignment (as an attachment) along with a note as to why it's late to my work email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
This week we are finishing up our Sketchup Cell project. Students have been working on creating a generic plant or animal cell (1st year) or a Specialized Cell (2nd year).
They will record an informational narration on how they created their cell and turn in to Mr. Vinson in Teams.
SWBAT create, label, and present a specialized cell using Sketchup's tools.
Instruction for this week's assignments are posted in Teams. Click your class Team > "Classwork" Channel > Files > "3 Sketchup Cell".
Also this week, students will research and present on one type of Engineering. Assignment posted in "Assignments" tab in Teams.

Please make sure you have turned in the first two (2) assignments into Teams. The first assignment (1 Shirt Icebreaker) has already been graded and returned. It is not too late to get those turned in for credit.
This week we are starting to work in Sketchup. Specifically, we will be making our choice of an Animal or Plant cell. This is a fairly straightforward project, and is our starting place for classroom procedures, including:
